Future Connector: Adam Lambert

April 30th, 2010
03:56 PM ET

Adam Lambert made his name on the hit American television show "American Idol" and although he didn't win the competition, he didn't let that stop him.

Adam Lambert is your Connector of the Day.

Adam Lambert is your Connector of the Day.

The openly gay singer and songwriter has so far released his debut album called "For your Entertainment" and has already won artist of the year from the Young Hollywood Awards.

Lambert has also won the choice male in a reality show from the 2009 Teen Choice Awards.

The album also debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 selling nearly 200,000 copies in the first week.

However, although Lambert has achieved a great deal of success, his career hasn't been completely free of controversy.

During a performance of "For your Entertainment" at the 2009 American Music Awards, Lambert was seen kissing a male keyboardist as well as grabbing the crotch of another male dancer.

The ABC network received over 1,500 telephone complaints and Lambert was quoted as saying in "Rolling Stone" that "female performers have been doing this for years—pushing the envelope about sexuality—and the minute a man does it, everybody freaks out."

"We're in 2009—it's time to take risks, be a little more brave, time to open people's eyes and if it offends them, then maybe I'm not for them. My goal was not to piss people off, it was to promote freedom of expression and artistic freedom."

Here's your chance to ask singer Adam Lambert your questions.

Please leave your comments below and be sure to include where you're writing from.

A comment and then a question. My comment is that I am enjoying immensely your incredible talent and gifts – keep doing your thing! My question for Mr. Lambert would be – do you see your parents as modern day heros? I certainly do! Job well done Leila and Ebert, and as a bit of a political junky, I must also say good job with Neil as well :).

Writing from Boston. What inspired that incredible acoustic performance of "Whole Lotta Love" that you stunningly performed at the Fantasy Springs Concert in Indio last February? Where did that come from? It was nothing short of legend making IMHO.

Well, I know Adam is releasing a new single soon and it's a really nice tune called "If I Had You". Who will be directing the music video? Does Adam have any ideas yet for the video?

Also I would love to see an Adam/Robyn collaboration in the future. Did they meet when Adam was in Stockholm? Any chance for that to happen?

    Hi Adam!

Here's a question you probably haven't heard before. I know you're not a big sports fan, but would you have any interest in doing a half time show at the Superbowl if asked? Maybe even pursue....just imagine, you solo or you with Queen. Talk about reaching out to various generations – OMG!

This is adding on to Mel's question ---- was your Whole Lotta Love performance at Fantasy Springs influenced by PRINCE? It reminded me of a rendition of How Come U Don't Call Me Anymore that he did years ago in concert.

Imagine that Idol had never happened, thus removing any association between you and classic rock. Now in this alternate universe, imagine that you are able to make your debut album with complete creative control and with any and every songwriter and producer you could want. How would this alternate universe album differ from For Your Entertainment, and might we expect to see this on any future album(s)?

    Three questions:

    1) Adam, you're famous for the natural power and subtle versatility of your voice, but you also have a lot of electronic dance influences in your music. What are your thoughts on Autotune, and the role it plays in today's pop music?

    2) Perhaps because the public discovered you via American Idol, there is a sense amongst your fans and in the media that they know you personally (of course, they don't). You say you are an open book, but of course the public sensationalizes; it presumes. To what extent is your public image–the persona that has been created for you (and by you)–a personally accurate one?

    3) The abandon and freedom of your performances contribute greatly to their charm, but it sounds like you want your tour to be a grand choreographed extravaganza. Sounds fantastic, but to what extent does that kind of production limit your ability to improvise on stage? Will you be bound by backing tracks, or do you plan to have back up singers for your tour?

Thanks very much for the entertainment! You are wildly fun!

"I Can't Let You Go", a track on the international release of For Your Entertainment SERIOUSLY rocks and many of the US fans I know have now ordered the UK cd to acquire it. Was it a conscious decision on the part of RCA/19 management to keep this powerful rock song off the US release, and if so, why, when you have an established fanbase for this genre of music.

Although your current album has a lot of life in it and some amazing songs on it yet to be released, I was wondering if your second album will be as eclectic or will focus on one particular style? If so would it be more of a rock or more of a techno pop sensibility.

For the record – I would love to hear you do some bluesy rock – your voice would be phenomenal.

    2. I absolutely loved your rendition of WDYWFM on American Idol. Blew my mind! The sound and the visuals were stunning! Can we expect that level of excitement and intensity from the performances your tour?

Did Adam write or take part in the writing of his pre-idol song "Pop goes the camera"? Lyrics seem to accurately depict Adam's amazing journey this last year or so, in fact, the song could be viewed to be a foretelling of I, for one really like the song, Whether the songs writer(s) had a premonition or Adam was trying to put his hopes and dreams to music, I am so glad he will no doubt be exceeding "15 minutes" and I pray fame does not take "too much of a toll or steal Adam's beautiful soul". I love Adam of course for his immense talent but also truly admire and aspire to the wonderful human being he is. I am a HUGE – no GLAMGANTIC 50 year old fan girl who is so proud for Adam's successes and smiling widely, knowing in my heart that – "we ain't seen nothing yet"! Love you bunches Mr. Lambert! P.S. Did you get the necklace I left with hotel mgmt at Fantasy Springs? Peace out.

    Question for Adam:

Many children and teenagers who are different from the norm tend to become the target of bullies. You have said you didn't quite fit in during your high school years for a number of reasons. Were you ever the target of bullying and if so, how did you handle it?

Note: Bullying is a major problem for children in schools, sometimes leading to extreme consequences...violence, shootings, suicides. This would not onlly be a good question for Adam, but also an important topic that could be incorporated into his interview. I am sure he will have something interesting to say about this.

Quite simply, this song so powerfully demonstrates your range, execution, vocal skills and ability to interpret the lyrics it should silence your critics once and for all. Hi Adam! *waves* Rhonda from Milwaukee checking in!

    4 (Questions) For You:

    1) Holy GlamSocks Glam-Man! Why in the WORLD did you (and/or your team) not allow your bonus track on the UK Deluxe Edition of "For Your Entertainment", "Can't Let You Go", to be available in the U.S. (via ANY medium) or Japan Deluxe Edition?

    2) There is MUCH speculation about the still unheard "Lambertized' version of "Suburban Decay" that was written & produced by Justin Hawkins of The Darkness. We know that you mentioned it in a MTV interview in reference to its inclusion on the Twilight Eclipse Soundtrack. Will music lovers everywhere EVER get a chance to hear the epically theatrical (judging from the Hawkins demo) and currently top-secret track "Suburban Decay"?

    3) Given that your worldwide fans scramble in earnest to become aware of and collect every magazine photoshoot you have ever done, will you ever make available 1) a pictorial coffee-table book that is either filled with all of your previous (and AWESOME beyond words) photoshoots of magazines past, 2) a photo/magazine fan club that offers fans a direct link to all the latest photoshoot news and magazine and/or print copy ordering, or 3) an all new magazine, coffee-table book, or picture CD that includes new photos that is offered on a recurrent basis – say 4-6 times per year. Or even monthly. (BTW, the VMan: Man In A Box video clip was AWESOMESAUCE!)

    4) Adam you're so articulate, witty, sharp, intelligent, open, honest and kind with your speech. Everytime I read (or watch) an article I can't help but think to myself everytime, "ADAM PLEASE DO KEEP SAYING WORDS! JUST KEEP SAYING WORDS, MAN!" Are there any plans for you to "say words" on the movie screen, TV screen, judges panel, or in an advice column? (BTW, if any of TPTB in movieland/TVland doubt your acting skills, please direct them to the VMan: Man In A Box video clip referenced above or out-takes video of your Details Magazine photoshoot.)

Are you aware of just how much of an inspiration you are to so many people? You have inspired your fans to donate generously to your charity of choice, DonorsChoose.org, and to Idol Gives Back – in fact your fans were responsible for the largest contribution to IGB out of all present and past Idol contestants. Hi Adam,
Your voice is one of the most beautiful sounds that I have ever heard. I second the suggestion of an acoustic album.

I have a music question and a personal question:

You have said that one kind of music that you have always loved is funk. Have you written, or do you plan to include any funk-type songs on your next cd, or maybe cover a funk classic on tour?

I have always been curious about that conversation in the car when you came out to your mom and she said "would you like to date a boy?" and you said "that would be nice!", what happened next? Were you nervous or relaxed? Was there a big pause? Did you hug, laugh, cry, or just continue talking?

Several surveys have been conducted regarding fans favourite cuts from your CD, or the ones they thought had the best chance of becoming hits yet the two top fan choices are not released as singles and the one, Soaked, is virtually ignored. The other is Fever, of course...but that is more understandable...I guess...though I confess I never thought of the pronoun as prohibitive until it was pointed out. Have you any plans to promote either of these above simply having then on the playlist for full concerts? Have you also given any consideration to re-working Time for Miracles? With a little play...acoustic?.. and some push, this could be a winner if it could be separated from 2012...it is another languishing diamond....

Anyway, would you please get someone to nail down whether she has you in future plans?

Would also love to see you do a duet with Siobhan Magnus and also your friend Alisan Porter, two women who have crazy vocals to match yours. (Siobhan isn't quite as polish for now, but she's very talented, beautiful, and seems very intelligent, articulate, and nice.)

In interviews, you always describe yourself as a curious person, fascinated by other people and the world. At one point, you said your ex called you 'Oprah' because of how intensely you focused on people you met.
So how difficult has it been for you to give up 'people watching' and enjoying the process of getting to know someone as an 'equal'? And do you feel your personal growth is now limited by always/mostly being at the center of attention instead of being allowed to engage the world around you just as yourself and with others just as themselves, without the awkwardness of celebrity?
I know you have often said the gains of fame and the ability to make art have been worth the fame tradeoffs, but would be very interested to hear how you feel about this loss.

1.WIll there be a DVD release of your performances at American Idol (AI) during season 8 AND season 9 ? Sorry to say but sometimes your voice and the arrangements (like Tracks of my tears, RIng of fire, WLoLove) sounded better on the show than on I-tunes...

I am not a big fan of the song "Whataya want from me" on your CD, but your performance at AI blew me away. My favourite tracks on your album all start with "S" : Strut, Sleepwalker, Soaked...

    2. I bought a copy of your album in Jakarta, Indonesia long before the official release of your album in European countries. I also saw Kris' and Allison's album in the store of some respectable malls in Jakarta... Are they legal copies ?

Does the fact that millions have downloaded or purchased your single and album help to put into perspective the 1500 or so that apparently complained about being exposed to guy kissing, or do you still feel that you have to adapt your act to 'family friendly' for the USA?

Adam, I would be interested to hear how you feel your overall outlook as changed over the past year and a half due to pressures of sudden fame – especially your tendency to approach things/people with an open heart..

From the beginning, you stressed the importance of optimism and a positive approach to things. You seem to see the world in a generally positive light and that was very appealing. But I'm sure that in the past year you've seen people sometimes at their worst and been pressured with overwhelming, often emotional, demands on you by strangers.
Has that made it more difficult to be open and positive about the world? It seems like it would be hard not to become jaded or disappointed at times given how callously celebrities are often treated.

These questions for Adam come from San Diego, California.

    – What inspires you most, or do your creative impulses tend to come randomly?

    – Where did you pick up your love for ancient Egyptian iconography and what attracted you to it?

    – What's the single sexiest quality for you in a man?

    – Do you have any offers or plans yet as far as acting is concerned? If so, big screen, small screen, or stage?

    – Who do you think is the most purely talented vocalist ever in pop or rock music?

There is a YouTube video of the cast of Wicked appearing on The Tonight Show a few years ago, and a debate is going on as to whether or not you were in it. One guy with a pointy hat does look as if he could be you, but it's hard to tell! Did you appear on The Tonight Show as a member of the Wicked cast, and if so, did you mention that prior appearance to Jay when you went on his show after American Idol?

Ya know, your double platinum album in Canada, your recent platinum single, WWFM, in the U.S., your concerts that sell out in 2 minutes, your many magazine covers, placing in People Mags 100 Most Beautiful People List at #28, your hugely successful overseas promo, your top 10 single all over the world.

Adam we love and adore you not only for your out of this world voice and exciting performances, but who you are as a person. Your photo shoots are so creative and you take a song and change it up each and every time. Each time it is like hearing it for the first time. I just hope we fans don't drive you crazy with all this love we have for you. We are a passionate bunch. You are just one of a kind who comes along so rarely and touches people's souls.

    Question:

Adam, As you can see so many people love Pick U Up, Voodoo and Can't Let You Go and cannot wait to hear suburban Decay. Even though most are not on your album, would you consider singing them on your tour? AT least consider singing Pick U Up. You just do not know how this song affects so many people's lives. Whenever I am down or need a shot of life, I listen to it (it definitely gets me through a bad work day). You just cannot but dance and sing along to this song. It is life affirming and your vocals are beyond description!!!

I have read in a few articles how the "Adam Lambert Effect" has actually hurt American Idol this year. (the whole concept that Adam rasied the bar too high for future contenders, thus creating a disappointment for future viewers when they don't deliver like Adam did week after week). I predicted that would happen back in May 2009 without a doubt.
Here's the question: Will you please come to CHICAGO this summer?? There are plenty of Glamberts out there that would fill the House of Blues or United Center in a flash. Please consider!! We love and support you in the Windy City Adam!!

The question I wanted to ask someone else already asked the question.. I just want you to the how much I love you and how much influence you have over people. I look at the whole world in a more positve way just because of you. I no longer judge people because of their sexual orientation.

    Hi Adam.

As I am eagerly watching your tour plans unfold, it strikes me that this will perhaps be your most challenging undertaking yet. Not only do you have a number of nights scheduled back to back (before July and August have even been fully accounted for) but we can tell how vocally and physically demanding your shows have been so far, at just one hour long. How are you preparing for this tour physically, and what steps will you take before and during the tour to help preserve that gorgeous voice of yours?

Also, what are you most looking forward to about touring? What are your bandmates, dancers and tour buddies (Ori and Alli) saying to you about the upcoming adventure?

Sorry for the rambling questions! 🙂 Best wishes from a UK fan hoping to get the chance to combine a Summer holiday with a trip to see your show!

    Hi from UK, Wales.

    2 Questions for Adam;

    1. I have noticed you seem to be really good at everything you try, not just having an incredable voice but an amazing modeling talent and very good acting talent. I just wondered, is there anything you still wish you could do, creativly or maybe just in general?

    2. you have such a sincere personality and arn't afraid to say what you feel, instead of telling everyone what they want to hear, and i respect that! I just wondered how you manage to stay so down to earth, how does your growing fame not go you your head? We all hope you have great things to come, and you deserve it!

Those questions have been playing on my mind for months now so i hope at least one will be able to be answered. please!!

Do you think that becoming famous in your late 20’s rather than younger means that you’re better equipped to deal with the pressures of fame?

Do you think you will have children later ? (either naturally or adoption). It would be a bit sad if those Lambert musical genes didn’t get passed on!

    Hi Adam,
    1) If you are not so darn good at singing, you could be a model because you are so tall and beautiful and confident and poised. Would you consider walking the runway for a fashion show someday such as for The Blonds (esp. since they've designed a few pieces for you)?

    2) How was it like kissing Ke$ha? 🙂

    3) Please do a reality show like the Kardashians!! You are so intelligent and savvy and super talented and your thoughts are insightful and deep. Also, you are articulate, creative, fun, funny and simply fabulous and a total sweetheart! Many don't know that side of you that's why they judge you based on their assumptions. If you do a reality show, it may become 'educational' for the ignorant and as for your fans, it'll be such a treat. You are so different and exciting and likable (esp. once people know you) so you MUST do a reality show!!! Your personality will shine!

    4) At Upright Cabaret, you showed your versatility and talent in improvising and you poured your heart out when you sang 'Come Home'.. for the first time in my life, I cried listening to a song. We LOVE your album but we also love to see how you would change up someone else's song and put your spin on it, or do your other songs that you have written. Would you return to do shows at the Zodiac and Upright Cabaret?

Thank you CNN for giving us a chance to ask Adam! He is, to me, the world's most fascinating person, I would love to have him as a dinner guest and ply him with questions! Failing that, here's what I'd like to direct to him:

Adam, thanks for answering so many questions from your curious fans! We love you so much! My questions are:

    1. You're so articulate and knowledgeable, and recently I've heard you mention a couple of things you've read. Do you make much time for personal reading, and if so do you find inspiration from it for your work, either in writing lyrics or in concepts for wardrobe or stage presentation? If not reading, what are your inspirations in that regard?

    2. In what ways (if any) do you feel your experiences with fame have changed you during the past year?

Much love from the Bay Area – is there any Northern California stop on your tour? I've flown across the country and down to Fantasy Springs – my budget is busted but your performances are addicting!!
Question – Is Pick u Up too hard to sing live? The bridge is incredible but perhaps it was "technically enhanced". It's one of my favorites and I'd love to hear it.

Wow! I see so many questions I'd like to hear answered and quite a few that I myself can answer confidently so I hope they don't ask Adam those same old stale questions.

    I have 3 questions:

1)I've been asking Adam this questions in chats and other various online venues and I'm still DYING to know: what size girl's jeans do you wear?

2)I've never seen Adam live. I'm so excited for the Glam Nation tour this summer. I'm hoping and praying for some dates in the South but I'm prepared to go wherever I have to in order to catch the show. I just hope I can get tickets! My question is are you going to buy a tour bus and will it be sparkly and glam or will you make it mysterious and incognito?

3)Adam I'm a HUGE fan. I love you and your music so very much and other things about you have hugely inspired and affected me. I've bought 4 different versions of FYE and already have the UK release on pre-order. I love all your music but when I heard 'Can't Let You Go' I was literally brought to my knees. I can't even put into words what an incredible song and vocal it is. I was wondering if you could elaborate on the reasoning behind leaving it off of the US release of FYE and was it possibly in order to keep it free to be included on the Eclipse soundtrack?

I love you, keep doing what you're doing and take care of yourself.

I love ur fans. It's obvious they put alot of thought into most of their questions & read the others so theres barely a repeat.
    First quiestions:
    1. re: new tour- a) how do u feel about audiences singing along to the point of nearly drowning u out? i saw some youtubes & the audience sound is also beaurtiful for it's own reason & i'm not sure how i feel about it . what works for you as the performer?
    b) would u be interested in taking a page out of Prince's book in regards to concerts. He loves his music & sometimes can't stop himself from going on. I was at Musicology in Philly & the only reason he stopped was cause the Union guys had to get going lol. My thought was to save ur voice but allow ur band to jam together & u randomly join in . We are quickly becoming fond of ur bandmates & would love to see them shine.
    c) another Prince thing (he did in a little bit of a mean way) was to pull 2 ppl from the audience in really poor seats & have them watch the show from the stage. He even asked if they wanted a drink lol.

2 re: Journaling: How would u feel about a full time videographer (as ur gonna be EPIC). Part of the reason is that so much happens to u so fast that ur not gonna remember 2/3's of ur experiences . the other reason is they could sell edited DVD's of u for ur fans. "A Month in the Life of Adam", Tour preparations , CD preparations, photo shoots. Seriously, we would gobble them up & u could have a portion go to ur charities.
    3. Re: Menlat balance: Since a vacation is near impossible now do u or how do you take a mind vacation while promoting / touring? I think they should at least give u a massage each nite & a yoga instructor. Madonna can probably recommend one.
    4. re: relationships: a) I worry about ur brother Neil too. He's right at the time trying to find his path while ur's is laid out spectacularly before u. How is he coping? Can he go on tour w/ you?
    b) since having a steady man in ur life is next to impossible would u like to get a rescue dog (older, companionable) to go on tour w/ u? not the same love but unconditional!

your talent & good looks aren't what bring me to search about u each day but it's your heart & mind. your in my heart & it's way to late to "ring the alarm" . don't stress too much over fan/ media expectations as your instincts have brought u far so trust them. hoping for only good things for u . tammy

What goes through your mind when you sing? Does it depend on the song, or do you just blank out and go for it? (Like I do 😉
By the way, your music is incredible!

Wish I could see you live, Adam but it's a long way from here to a place like Vancouver.

My question: I've noticed in a few videos that have popped up lately on YouTube you have dancers now for some songs and I understand
there will be dancers for your GlamNation tour. I guess I'm asking why? What I've seen so far is that your dancers can't dance, the
routines are not in tune with the song you're singing and they tend to
overwhelm you on stage. You don't need them. You can sing. (No
using dancers to distract from lipsynching, like Ms. Spears!)

Put a show on DVD and just watch the sales! Now, I must beg. Please don't forget Cincinnati. There are 2.3 million within a 20 mile radius and venues of all sizes. Riverbend has 2 size stages and the Cloiseum holds 20,000 approx. There are also smaller. I know you will have rgw best future and you deserve it.

Adam Lambert once tweeted to his fans a quote from the poet Khalil Gibran. I would like to know if he enjoys reading during his free time (I know that he doesn't have much of that at the present, but say in the past, from his teenage years up to now). I am asking this because during his interviews, he is very articulate (example is his Qtv interview found on YouTube).

I believe it's because you are bring joy, love, truth, inspiration, hope, and beauty where dishonesty, incompetence, cynicism, mediocrity, hopelessness, dishonor, and despair have too often become the norm. I am so moved by your positive energy that I have begun compiling a book about the impact you are having on people around the world. My dream is to present the book to you when you perform in NY this summer, as I will be at Nokia June 22 and 23—and Foxwoods if the scalpers don't beat me to the tickets. Adam, your voice is unique; & the best I have ever heard; your talent unparalleled ,and your looks indescribably out – of – this – world handsome! You either need to be cloned or have children; in the future, do you see yourself with your own children, and do you want children in your life?, and if you do, how would you go about accomplishing this – somewhat like what Ricky Martin did?

Also, I can see you on the big screen in the future – you can do anything, including act. Will you venture into the movies, because I can envision as the real next superstar there as well as in the musical industry?

Lastly, I love you to pieces – all of America & the world has been blessed with your astronomical talent; your incredibly effervescent personality and your drop – dead great looks. Most importantly, I love your candor, forthrightness & your courage; you just keep doing exactly what you're doing, because "you're doing it perfectly"!!! You have become the brightest light & shiniest star in the world for multitudes of people – you are what a true superstar & icon is all about! Thank you for coming into our lives & sharing yourself with us.

Adam: I get chills just thinking about seeing your NY and Ct concerts. Indio was was one of the single most exciting events in my life. No hyperbole! You rocked us with Whole Lotta Love and we surrounded you with love. But when it was over, you were suddenly gone—no encore, no programs or Tshirts, no meet & greets—nothing to help us hold on to your mountain-top performance.

Adam, we can't get enough of you and a one-hour concert is just too short—especially when so many of us flew thousands of miles to see you! I am so happy that Allison will be joining the show, and Orianthi, but will we see you on stage for more than an hour? Will you consider doing encores? Will you do any meet & greets—we know you had some on your promo tour! And will 19 bring commemorative items for sale this time, e.g., programs, T-shirts, autographed photos? They'll make a fortune!!!

We're so ready for you to turn up the heat!! We love you, Adam.

    From Adam Lambert Network, San Diego. Adam, I know that you said that your ideal vacation would be on a beach in Tahiti when you finally get some time:} Would you ever consider a ski vacation in an "off the beaten path" mountain resort likeTaos Ski Valley in New Mexico? Is skiing or snow boarding something that you'd like to do in the future? Since skiing is a sport that I'm passionate about, I was just curious.     From Adam Lambert Network, San Diego. Adam, I share your fashion sensibilities, and have always been frustrated by the lack of interest that so many men have in fashion or even basic good grooming:} Would you ever consider writing a handbook for men that addresses that situation? It would be a nice adjunct to your unisex makeup idea. It might inspire more men to start taking care of themselves. Most men want the women in their lives to look sexy and attractive, but do absolutely nothing for themselves. It doesn't make a lot of sense to me:}

    3. I notice that you often recycle your costumes, sort of mix and match for different venues? Are you doing that for economic reasons or are you doing it to make some type of statement. If so, what is the message?

What type of books do you like to read? Fiction or factual? Favorite author?
Music aside, what was your favorite and least favorite academic subject in school?
More serious.....have all your old friends been on board with your new stardom? Sometimes good fortune, even if worked hard for, creates a few people who can't handle others success very well.

When will Adam Lambert be releasing a new album? I bought his album "For Your Entertainment" and I was so pleased with it that I bought another for my son.Adam has an amazing voice, is very personable and talented. I compare him to Elvis Presley, who was the very best singer ever. I think Adam's talent appeals to all ages, and having said that, I am 70 years young. I am very hopeful that Adam can remain his own man and not be misled by others. He has so much to offer. Also he did a very good job as mentor on the American Idol show.

I've been a Glambert since I first saw Adam on American Idol. I immediately called my daughter and told her to watch AI (both of us rarely watched it) I predicted that someday he would be more popular than Elvis or Michael Jackson. Needless-to-say, she also became a Glambert and is more obsessed than I. We live here in San Diego and have been lucky to see him up close and personal on at least 5 occasions. At his homecoming, Hardrock hotel, where pictures of both myself and my daughter were splashed all over utube and the tv stations, Gridlock, Fantasy Springs which was absolutely phenominal (my favorite) We were dancing in the aisles. He is a rock god and super star beyond all others. I've noticed that many stars are trying to copy his style (Rhianna, Mylie Cyrus, even on dancing with the stars, etc. His style, his sexiness but ultimately his voice leaves us completely mezmerized. He is genius personified. And he manages to keep his warm, friendly, loving personality regarding his fans. I do hope that he returns to San Diego and performs in a smaller venue as tickets now are outrageous due to scalpers overpricing his concert tickets. Keep up the wonderful work and don't change a thing. We love you and support you. Love speranza
