Pope Francis' 'I have a dream' speech

 Pope Francis on Tuesday issued a bold new document  in Vatican parlance an “apostolic exhortation”  called Evangelii Gaudium or “The Joy of the Gospel.”

The Reverend James Martin has told CNN that it "sets out an exciting new vision of how to be a church" and some are comparing it to Martin Luther King's 'I have a dream' speech.
