Sir Alex Ferguson was the most successful manager in Manchester United history. During his 26 years in charge, the team picked up an incredible 38 trophies.

Since he bid farewell to Old Trafford, Manchester United has seen a dramatic slide in results.

With the team currently sixth in the English Premier League, hopes for more silverware are fading fast.
