UN: Libyan factions agree to hold dialogue

Throughout the past couple of weeks we've explored the changing dynamics across the Middle East - exploring how the status quo is being upended with the emergence of ISIS. But in reality, what we're seeing today is rooted in the events that happened across the region after the Arab Spring uprisings.

The political reality that has emerged in places like Egypt and Tunisia is still far from the democratic and inclusive ideals many had hoped for. And in places like Libya the situation seems far more challenging. Becky spoke to the UN Secretary General's new Special Representative to Libya Bernardino Leon to find out how the international body hopes to pull back the country from the brink of all-out civil war.
