    I wonder why no one has commented on this matter. This is serious. Surely there are other cities in the developing world with this problem. What must we do?

    This is frightening – what a disgrace, that not only the country's government have allowed this garbage to mount up by the ton, but that people there are so poverty-stricken that they have to rummage in this filth like rats to eke out some kind of living – if you could call this living!
