How is Libya's instability affecting the region?

Libya is one of the most energy rich countries there is, with large supplies of both gas and oil. In a world reliant on fossil fuels,  the unstable political situation in the country is having  an effect beyond its borders.

Max Foster talks to former British Ambassador to Libya Oliver Miles about the country's oil resources and the instability of its government.
