Understanding Iran's Diplomatic Push

This week is seeing a flurry of diplomatic activity on the part of once-ostracized Iran. President Rouhani is in Ankara talking trade while members of his government are talking nuclear compromise with the U.S. in Geneva. CNN's Becky Anderson asks Reza Marashi of the National Iranian American Council what's going on behind the scenes.
