Barroso: No Military Solution in Ukraine

The months-long conflict in Ukraine began because many there sought closer integration with Europe. Now, NATO's actions could dramatically impact its relationship with both Russia and Ukraine. One man who has recently found himself at the center of the dispute is Jose Manuel Barroso, president of the European Commission. He joined Becky from the NATO Summit in Wales and told her the importance of resolving the crisis using diplomacy.
