Months of chaos in Libya have come to a head. More fighting broke out in the key eastern city of Benghazi today and the sounds of gunfire came as no surprise, after a retired Libyan general vowed to reclaim the city from extremists. A lot of the fighting is that Libya is suffering from a power vacuum ever since the fall of former dictator Muammar Gaddafi. Becky spoke to Libyan expert Dirk Vandewalle who says the country is in the middle of a full out civil war.

For many bird enthusiasts, the falcon is ne of the most majestic birds of prey. But over here in the UAE the bird is a national symbol and a lot of people take "falconry" very seriously. So every year some of the finest specimens gather in Abu Dhabi for the annual falcon beauty contest. CTW intern Khadeeja Alhossani went to check it out and this is her report!
